Living Streets Walk to School Event

To promote active travel and healthy living, we continue to take part in the Living Streets Wow Challenge that logs how children arrive at school each day. Points are awarded for not coming by car and, at the time writing, we were top of the table for Shropshire schools! As part of this initiative, we held a walk to school event, starting out from the retail park. We were joined by a representative from the Woodland Trust who pointed out different trees the children passed on the route and who challenged them to find a variety of leaves on their walk. Well done to all involved.
