Author Visit - Marie Basting

On Thursday 28th November 2019, Key Stage 2 were visited by children's author, Marie Bastings. Marie told the children all about her new book, "Princess BMX" and her inspirations as an author.  

The children were kept thoroughly entertained by Marie's fantastic characters and were excited by the prospect of reading the whole novel. If you would like to purchase a copy of the book, it is available at Button & Bear bookshop, who kindly organised this event.
